RETURN and/or LOSS POLICY:  
No returns unless product is defective or we sent you something you did not specifically order. The EGSS manual contains confidential information on estimating, marketing & managing for professional shop owners/managers/technicians that once opened may not be returned. The website clearly identifies this product in detail as to what it contains. IT IS NOT A FLAT RATE PROVIDER and is not sold as such. In the event you want to return an unopened package, (i.e.: ordered the wrong item), you must call us 1-888-239-6680 or 504-228-3861 or contact us via the Contact Us page (egss@cox.net)  for approval describing what you want. Item(s) must be in new, unopened condition, and we reserve the right not to exchange certain items that we have dropped shipped due to the manufacturer's and/or provider's policy. In the event we approve of you returning the item(s) and it meets the criteria aforesaid, we will issue a credit less the shipping and handling fees upon reception and inspection of product. The risk of loss during shipment is born by purchaser.
